Brown Golf Club Porcelain Limoges Box

A brown golf club stands in for a lazy Saturday on the course, rendered here in hand-painted porcelain. This Limoges box was made in Limoges, France, and its earthy tones recall the polished wood of the classic clubs from golf's early days.

Fore in Porcelain

Before steel and titanium, golf clubs were made of wood, and the brown finish here calls up that heritage. It is a simple, sporting subject that needs no explanation on any golfer's desk, and a neat counterpoint to the bright green of a fairway themed shelf.

Locker Room Lineup

• Fits a golf, sports or men's den grouping
• Pairs with golf bag, club head and golf ball boxes

From Tee Time to Retirement

Set it on a home office desk, a bookshelf beside golf trophies or a bar in the den. It makes a fine present for Father's Day, a retirement send-off when the course becomes a full time hobby, or a congratulations after a club championship. Golf pros and course superintendents will appreciate it as a thank-you as well.
